Our build time varies from model to model but generally we can build one in 12-14 weeks. NOTE: THIS IS BUILD TIME, AND DOES NOT INCLUDE WAIT TIME, WHICH CAN BE UP TO A YEAR OR MORE. Due to high demand please contact us early to get on the build schedule.

We deliver nationwide and can deliver out tiny homes to clients from coast to coast.  Give us a call to discuss delivery and pickup options.

Our tiny home trailers come with 4-6 jacks to level it. However we recommend that the home frame is blocked up in multiple points with no weight on the tires if set up long term. We do not recommend using the tires and scissor jacks for support if home is parked permanently. The pad for the home should be level and made with compacted gravel or concrete. All hookups are standard RV style unless specified otherwise

Our homes come with standard RV style hookups. A 3″ sewer drain that can be hooked up to a tank, septic, or sewer system, a garden hose style water hookup is used for water, and 50 amp RV style plug for power. If you are in extremely cold climates we can adapt the water hookups for frost protection.
